Bathroom vent was very dirty. A dirty towel from previous guest was left on the bathroom door hook. No drain stopper in the wash basin. Door to the outside had a 1 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, leaving it open to entry of bugs, etc.

We had easy check in and the rooms were good sized and updated with coffee, 1 queen sized bed and a coffee maker. This hotel was located in a central area right by the water park and restaurants, and the mountains of Tennessee.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues
The staff at this place were very cute and friendly, made check-in nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, as I noticed a bad odor in the bathroom and other areas that seemed neglected. While it's budget-friendly and in a convenient location near fast food and Walmart, I'd recommend a deep clean to improve the experience.

Great little place if you're looking for comfort
The staff was friendly, checking us in quickly, much like a calculated operation! The rooms? Clean with comfy beds. Barely any road noise, priceless when you need your wits about you.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I got what I paid for and it was acceptable.
